A: Most local service businesses and shops are eligible, but Google has strict rules to prevent "fake" listings.

To qualify, your business must make in-person contact with customers—either at your location or theirs (plumbers, beauty salons, dog walkers, gutter cleaning, house cleaners, restaurants, etc). Ineligible businesses include online-only brands, lead-generation companies, and those using PO Boxes. Read the Official Google Eligibility Guidelines here.

I also do not work with the following business types because they are nearly impossible to get listed and ranked.

  • Gambling / Competition
  • Adult entertainment

If you don't have a Google Business Profile we’ll start from scratch and make sure it’s set up correctly from day one. During our session, I will help you register and claim your profile.

Important Note on Verification: While I will guide you through the entire process, Google requires the business owner to perform the final verification step (such as a live video walk-through or receiving a postcard). I’ll ensure you know exactly what to do so your profile gets approved as quickly as possible, but this is a step you must complete. Don't panic. Google's verification is just to make sure your business is real.

No. This is a one-off, 90-minute intensive session designed to get your profile "Google-Ready." There are no recurring fees, hidden retainers, or ongoing contracts.
