Q. Does this really work?
A: Yes. Ranking top of online searches and AI queries will generate more calls and messages from leads looking for your services.
Q. How long before  I see results?
A: It usually takes between 2 - 6 weeks to set everything up, including your website. You'll see your ranking in online searches improve within the first (free) month. Depending on local competition I aim to have your business inside Google's 3-Pack within 1-3 months.
Q: Who owns the website?
A: You do. The website and the contents are yours. If you choose to cancel the service you'll get admin access to the website to move it where ever you like. You'll also get an 'Owners Manual' with all the detials of the licenses for the plugins used on the website. Please note that as soon as admin access is given to the website I no longer support it (I'm adding a support page to this site to make moving your site as easy as possible).
Q. What is a fully managed website?
A: I manage all the website maintenance and I also carry out any adds, moves, and changes to the site layout and site contents requested by you via the email. I aim to have all requested changes resolved within 3 working days but it's usually quicker than that.
Q: Why can't I manage / edit the website myself?
A: Running your business website as a fully managed service helps keep costs down by reducing support tickets.
Q: How do you access my booking system to get reviews?
A: We’ll set up a secure, simple export or integration (depending on what you use). Every week, I’ll provide you with a spreadsheet of names. You just tick "Yes" or "No" for each one, and I handle the rest.
Q: Why only £75?
A: I’ve worked with a lot of business owners who helped me focus on the things that actually bring more leads, booking, and sales. This help me create lean processes that use automation as much as possible without losing quality. This helps keep costs down which is reflected in the price.
